Mark description

The mark consists of a shield with the following attributes: a black border; a red, white, and blue American flag forming the interior; and a black skyline featuring the silhouettes of buildings, a tower, and a Ferris wheel in the lower part. The wording "PREPARE TO COMPETE" is written across the shield in white and gray letters and appears within a black area.
