NUTRITION WITH WENDI

Mark description

The mark consists of the word "NUTRITION" in cursive red font where the "N" is capitalized and the rest of the letters are lowercase. Below this are the words "WITH WENDI" in simple sans-serif font where the word "WITH" is in bold green and the word "WENDI" is in thin green. All letters are lowercase except the "W" in "WENDI" which is capitalized. Below this is a watermelon slice in the shape of an elongated semi-circle. A bite is taken out of the middle and black seeds, in various sizes, are throughout the red and pink shaded fruit. The outer rind of the watermelon is dark green which fades into light green then white as the rind approaches the red part of the fruit. To the left of the words and watermelon is a silver fork. The bottom of the fork is next to the watermelon and it extends diagonally to the left, going behind the "W" in the word "WITH". The tongs of the fork point to the upper left corner and end to the left of the "N" in "NUTRITION". A red cherry tomato with a green leafy cap is speared through onto the 3 tongs of the fork. Any white in the mark, besides the white featured on the watermelon, represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
