Mark description

The mark consists of design of eight sitting gummy bears, each in a different color and having the stylized letter "A" on the chest. The bears are arranged in a circular formation, with the four bears in the back facing inward and the four bears on the front facing outward. The colors of the bears, starting from the farthest left bear in the back of the circle facing inward and working clockwise to the farthest left bear in the front of the circle facing outward, are yellow, purple, orange, light yellow, dark red, green, pink, and red. Below the bears are shadows depicted in their respective colors and gray. Below the pink, green, and dark red bears are also partial reflections of the bears' feet, in their respective colors. All the aforementioned is imposed on a white background.
