Mark description

The mark consists of a central circle having an outline and within which is the word "BASE" above the numeral "5" to the right of which is a small contiguous star having an outline. A top portion of the small star is covered by an upper portion of a larger star, the upper portion having an outline and overlaying a portion of the numeral "5".
