Mark description

The mark consists of three small pine trees in a row at the top center, where the middle pine tree is slightly larger than the pine trees on the right and left. Below the pine trees and centered is the literal element, "TRI-STATE", where the left pine tree is positioned over the space between the hyphen and the "S" and the center and right pine trees are positioned approximately over the "ST". Below "TRI-STATE" and centered, in a much larger font size is the literal element, "MEGABUCKS". "TRI-STATE" is positioned over "MEGABUCKS" such that "TRI-STATE" extends approximately over "EGABUCK". The tops of the letters of "MEGABUCKS" are flat. The bottoms of the letters of "MEGABUCKS" arch gently upward so that the bottom of the "B" is slightly higher than the bottoms of the "M" and the "S". Below "MEGABUCKS" and centered is the literal element, "- EST. 1985 -", in the same font size as "TRI-STATE". "- EST. 1985 -" is positioned under "MEGABUCKS" such that "- EST. 1985 -" extends approximately under "EGABUC".
