Mark description

The mark consists of a man with skin colored yellow and small red dots around the arms, neck, and head and his mouth is open with a red tongue and white teeth, his nose protrudes from his face and eyes are black and give an open appearance, he has black hair, and has a blue cap with black lines and dots. He is holding a hamburger in his left hand with four fingers on top and his thumb on the bottom and the hamburger has a brown bun on each side with black dots and has hamburger fixings in the middle colored green and red with black dots. The mark also consists of the word "TOPHER'S" in red to the right of the man with the left side of the "T" creating a semi-circle around the man and background circles. The right side of the top of the "T" extends over the letters "OPHER". The "T" extends from the top of the mark to the bottom. Also, under the word "TOPHER'S" there is the phrase "Burgers & Biscuits" in blue cursive writing with a blue line over the letters "urgers" and a blue line over the letters "isc" and also has a blue line under the letters "Bu" and under the letters "ers" and another blue line starting under the ampersand and continuing under the word "Biscuits." The mark also has a yellow background.
