The mark consists of a right hand open palmed with the fingers pointing downward diagonally to the left side of the page. The hand is shaded black. The hand is holding an oak leaf in the middle of the palm of the hand. The oak leaf's stem is between the 3rd and 4th finger (the middle finger and the ring finger) on the page. The oak leaf is also on a diagonal pointing up toward the wrist of the hand. The oak leaf is white. There is a half circle that starts at the middle of the first finger (index finger) and extends up over the wrist to the middle of the hand on the opposite side. The shading of the half circle is shaded thicker starting on the left side and it thins out when it reaches the beginning of the wrist until the end of the half circle. Above the hand in the space between the half circle and the hand, there is an image of North America. Below the hand, between the hand and the semi circle is an image of South America. The images of the continents are in a faded gray color. To the right of the hand, starting half-way in the middle of the right side of the hand straight across are the capital letters "ISA". The letters "ISA" are black. The right ending of the half circle in the top half of the page ends at the top of the letter "S". The Letter "A" is bolded. The "A" has the same oak leaf facing from top to bottom straight down on the page with the stem pointing downward. The oak leaf if located the top half of the Letter "A". From the Little finger to the bottom of the letter "I" is a crescent shape. The shape is shaded darker to lighter as it goes from right to left. Below the image is the words "TRUE PROFESSIONALS". The "T" is capitalized in the word "TRUE". The rest of the letters are lower case. The "P" is capitalized in the word "Professionals". The rest of the letters are lower case. Below the words "TRUE PROFESSIONALS" is the words "OF ARBORICULTURE." The "of" is italicized in lower case letters. The "A" is capitalized in "ARBORICULTURE". The rest of the letters are lower case.
