Mark description

The mark consists of the literal element G in grey within a red stylized baseball home plate emblem with a grey outline, all above the literal element GRADUM in white, with the letters AD overlapping the bottom of the home plate emblem, all above the literal element GSWING, with the G in red cursive font, overlapping the bottom of the letter R, and SWING in white, all within a black circle, with a red outlined circle, within a white outlined circle, within a grey outlined circle. The black square border around the outside of the circle is not claimed as a feature of the mark, but rather merely represents background areas.
