Mark description

The mark consists of a flat head screwdriver positioned vertically with a handle with inlay facing down and the flat head of the screwdriver facing up, positioned over a pen appearing at an approximately 45-degree angle, with the tip of the pen facing down and to the left and being encircled with four bands slightly above its midpoint, positioned over a combination wrench bearing the text "9/16" appearing at an approximately 315-degree angle with the closed end of the combination wrench facing down and to the right, and having the lettering "EST" appearing below the open end of the combination wrench and above the tip of the pen and the number "1954" appearing below the thrust device of the pen and above the closed end of the combination wrench, the entire design encircled with the wording "THE REACTOR IS CRITICAL" appearing in arched letters beneath the circle.
