Mark description

The mark consists of a rectangular label that has a rounded top; placed in the center of the top of the label is a purple coffee bean plant design in the shape of a fleur-de-lis that is placed within a gold rectangle with a rounded top that has red borders; the label has a gold border with a pattern in the interior of the label that has a yellow background; the top of the pattern consists of incomplete and complete diamonds that have golden borders on the outside with varying patterns of blue, pink and yellow on the inside of the diamonds; the middle of the pattern is composed of gold triangles going down the border, with either pink or blue triangles inside of the aforementioned triangles and light gold inside of those triangles; also in the middle are diamonds with an orange border and varying diamonds inside the orange diamonds either comprised of pink or blue; the bottom of the pattern consists of incomplete and complete diamonds that have golden borders on the outside with varying patterns of blue, pink and light gold on the inside of the diamonds; in the center bottom of the label is a red rectangle with a blue and orange border and a gold coffee bean design that is sounded by a hear-shaped gold border and then a gold circle that is superimposed on the red rectangle; toward the upper portion of the label is the word "KAHLÚA" in red lettering with a yellow and red border, which is placed above the red words "THE ORIGINAL"; below that is a gold coffee bean design that is flanked by a row of gold dots; below the coffee bean design are the words "RUM & COFFEE LIQUEUR" in red and yellow lettering.
