Mark description

The mark consists of a curved banner consisting of alternating thin dark blue lines and thicker blue lines towards the ends, and the center area in solid dark blue; the wording "ANCLA" is centered in the middle of the banner in white letters with gold interior lining and dark blue and light blue shadowing; each end of the banner has a mirror image of the head and torso of a female figure with a raised flexed arm facing the middle of the banner, the figures have light blue skin with dark blue outlining, dark blue facial features, light purple, dark purple and dark blue hair, and light blue flowers outlined in dark blue in the hair; below each figure on the end of the banner is a stack of two curving waves in light blue, dark blue, light purple and dark purple.
