Mark description

The mark consists of a decorative sugar skull with the Greek letter psi to the left of the skull, the Greek letter psi to the right of the skull, and the words "PSI LEGACY FOOD LLC" centered above all of the foregoing in an arc; at the top of the skull is a multiple teardrop-like design and two swirl designs; the forehead has a flower design with petals and leaves; each of the two eye sockets contains a flower design and is under a crescent-shaped eyebrow with a line down the middle of the crescent; above each eyebrow is a teardrop that is under another teardrop; between the eyebrows is a teardrop with three lines; each of the upper right and upper left sides of the skull has a multiple teardrop-like design; under each eye socket is a series of dots; each nostril is a teardrop; each cheek has a partial design of a flower with a half-moon center inside a larger half-moon surrounded by petals and leaves; the skull has 20 teeth embedded in upper and lower gums; above the mouth is a multiple teardrop-like design with a dot in the middle; and centered on the chin is a diamond-shaped design set inside a larger diamond-shaped design that is between two ferns with leaves and stems.
