Mark description

The mark consists of a depiction of a brown tree character consisting of a brown body, arms, legs and head riding a gold, white, blue striped surfboard. There are five branches that are coming out of the top of the head with dark and light green bushy leaves filling the top of the branches. The trunk of the tree forms a face which has brown ears, eyebrows, nose and mouth. The depiction appears to be smiling exposing its white teeth and brown mouth and tongue. The depiction is wearing black sunglasses with two white lines on each lens and a silver dot on each side of the frame and light green and blue swim trunks with white outlined leaves on them. The arms are extending outwards with the left hand holding a silver wrench. The body and head of the character is outlined in a brown inner outline and a teal outer outline with the leaves only having a teal outline. To the right of the depiction is the literal elements "MIGHTY OAK" written in stacked stylized white font with the literal elements "AIR & HEAT" written directly below in white stylized font and place in a teal banner. The literal elements are set inside of a blue acorn with a stylized white design inside. The acorn is outlined with a yellow inner outline and teal outer outline with the teal banner overlapping across the bottom of the image. The remaining color white represents background and is not a feature of the mark.
