DULCES MARA CARRITO DE ELOTES

Mark description

The mark consists of a red label design, which includes at the left upper part the wording "Dulces Mara" written in a black with white and then light blue outline stylized font, one under the other, interrupting the base of a yellow sun design with orange and dark orange beams outlined in white and light blue located at the top of the "Dulces Mara" wording, slanting to the left. The sun has two brown, black and white eyes with black eyebrows and brown smile. The facial accents are in dark yellow. On the center top of the label, continuing almost until the middle of the label, there is a green rectangular carrier which is cut off at the top, within which there are the words "CARRITOS DE" written in a yellow stylized font, and the word "ELOTES" written below in a much larger font, in yellow and dark yellow with white highlights and a green and dark green outlined stylized font. On the lower part of the label there is an inclined oval with grey inside and yellow margins, having in the middle two dark red lollipops with white sticks that have grey shading, with brown eyes, mouth and eyebrows; superimposed on the yellow border to the right the lollipops is a red pepper with pink and dark red highlights and a black stem is inside of a small yellow circle with a larger red and pink circle; superimposed on the yellow border to the left of the lollipops is a design of a boy with yellow hair outlined in black with blue, black and white eyes a open mouth in back with brown tongue with tan skin that is wearing a red an blue hat, red and white and blue and white sports clothing with blue, white, grey and dark grey sneakers inside of a small yellow circle within a larger green circle with a black outline. On the red background behind the faces of the lollipops there are two dark red rectangular bands in an arc shape with jagged ends, one under the other. The remainder of the white area outside the red label design is a background area and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
