Mark description

The mark consists of a bar chart being held by two hands above the blue wording "GO UP ADVANCE". The bar chart has four vertical bars that are shortest on the left and get progressively larger left to the right. The leftmost vertical bar is yellow, the second vertical bar from the left is light blue, the third vertical bar from the left is orange, and the vertical bar on the far right is dark blue. In the middle of the vertical bars appears a yellow trend line with a white border where a yellow arrow appears at the upper right end of the line. At each of the four vertical bars, the trend line has a circle design where three concentric circles appear as part of the line. Each circle design has an outer yellow circle, a middle white circle, and an inner blue circle. The two hands have dark blue palms and gradually become light blue at the fingers. The design appears on a white background.
