Mark description

The mark consists of the words "MAUI J's" in red stylized letters with the same letters in white inside each letter and an all red apostrophe; in between "MAUI" and "J's" is a red tropical flower; all on top of a beige banner with a brown background having beige, brown and dark brown tiki torches with orange and yellow flames on each end of the banner; below which is the word "HAWAIIAN" in blue stylized letters, below which are the words "SHAVE ICE CO." in blue stylized letters atop a turquoise almond-shaped plaque in the shape of a surfboard; above the "MAUI J's" banner are green leaves and a brown humanized Maori face mask with blue, green, yellow and red shaved ice as hair, white and grey teeth and pink gums, a blue and white tongue; the face mask has two beige arms with beige hands and white fingernails on each hand, each holding a turquoise cup of blue, green, yellow and red shaved ice and two beige legs, with each beige foot wearing a blue flip flop and one foot having white toenails. The arms and legs are outlined in brown. The remaining areas of white are not claimed as a feature of the mark and merely represent background or transparent areas.
