Mark description

The mark consists of the stylized wording "CERTIFIED LADIEZ" in red with black outline atop a design comprised of the silhouettes of three women in black with a gray outline. To the right and left of the women are stylized gorilla heads with black hair, blue streaks in the hair, blue around the mouths and eyes, white eyes, white teeth, and red tongues. The gorillas are outlined in white. The women and gorilla heads are atop a red carpet with black vertical lines on the left and right sides. At the bottom of the red carpet is the stylized wording "AVSC" in red with black outline, blue border around the outline, and white outline around the blue border. Outside all elements of the mark is a blue border. The black background on which the mark appears and which appears between the bottom of the wording "CERTIFIED LADIEZ" and the designs of the three women is not claimed as part of the mark, but merely represents background, shading, or transparent areas.
