Mark description

The mark consists of the word DOCKSIDE in relatively larger blue stylized text above the words MARINA BAR + GRILL in relatively smaller blue stylized text, beneath a graphic comprising waves, a palm tree rising from the waves, a surfboard propped against the tree, a half sun located above the horizon to the right of the tree and serving as background for a distant ship, and three birds in the sky above the half sun.
