Mark description

The mark consists of three dimensional product packaging for the goods and consists of the representation of a black bottle. The bottom half of the bottle bears a black label with the wording RÉMY MARTIN in gold on top of a gold rectangle with a thin red rectangular border and with the wording CLUB EXCEPTION in black over a background consisting of thin red, yellow and blue lines. The letters RM appear in white cut of the thin lines. Above the label is a diamond-shaped plaque in a gold color with the design of a rearing centaur. The neck of the package bears a label with the wording CLUB DE RÉMY MARTIN in gold horizontal letters superimposed over the word CLUB in large vertical letters. There are two small horizontal lines in gold at the top and bottom of the neck label. The broken lines in the drawing depict the placement of the cap and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
