Mark description

The mark consists of a man wearing a sombrero, a red neck scarf, a white chef's jacket, a red apron, grey pants, and black shoes. The sombrero is red with a yellow undersided brim and with white, green, and yellow triangle patterns. The man has brown hair and a black mustache. In one hand, the man is holding a blue and white plate with a beige bowl full of stylized white corn kernels, out of which are coming two yellow and green ears of corn. Behind the man is the stylized design of a red, black, and grey food cart. In the background is a yellow shaded circle outlined in white with three red, green, and yellow stars on both sides of the man. The yellow shaded circle has an incomplete black circle on the right side of the mark, all of which is enclosed in multiple concentric circles. The inner concentric circle is composed of green shading, within which is a design of red, white, and green triangles alternating with green dots. The other concentric circles are, from inside out, green, yellow, red, and white, each outlined in black. Overlaying the entire design is the stylized wording "THE ELOTE MAN" outlined in black and shaded in white and beige.
