E C EPICUREAN COFFEE

Mark description

The mark consists of a distinctive and stylistic image of the letters E and C overlapping each other on top of the words Epicurean Coffee written in a stylistic form, each word on a single line for a total of two consecutive lines one below the other. Under the words, Epicurean Coffee, there are two curved stem designs and in the center of the designs, there is an image of an inverted water drop with two additional tiny water drops with one on each side. The letters E and C are written overlapping and intertwined with each other with the top of the letter C going over and then under the top of the letter E and the bottom of the letter C going under the letter E and then over the letter E with both ends of the letter C resembling a design of a mermaid's tail. There is an image of a coffee bean between the two ends of the letter C and to the right of the letter E. The letters are framed by an artistic drawing of leaves and stems on the top and bottom and the design and is enclosed by a solid rectangular frame.
