Mark description

The mark consists of an oblong label with a red center outlined with a black line followed by a white line followed by a black line, with a gold border featuring two black lines, one either side of the gold border that end at the top in a swirl surrounded by white and that meet at the bottom. Resting on top of the white around the two swirls in the gold border is a straight horizontal black line with a black semicircle in the middle followed by a gold semicircle, and then followed by a white semi-circle outlined in black. At the bottom of the gold border are two red quadrilaterals outlined in black followed by white followed by black, on either side of a red oval outlined in black containing the wording "RA" in black stylized font. Inside the upper portion of the label is the stylized wording "RON PATICRUZADO" in white with a black outline. Below the wording "PATICRUZADO" is a yellow barrel with black shading with the wording "RON ALVAREZ S.A." in white outlined in black on the upper portion of the barrel. Two black bands outlined in black with yellow shading appear above and below the wording "RON ALVAREZ S.A." on the barrel. The wording "RON VIEJO" appears in the middle of the barrel in white. The wording "LOS MARINOS" is on the lower portion of the barrel in white outlined in black. Two black bands outlined in black appear above and below the wording "LOS MARINOS" on the barrel, and the top band contains some yellow shading. Two stylized sailors with crossed legs are on either side of the barrel. The sailors have tan faces and hands, white hair, and eyebrows, eyes, nose and mouth shaded in black. The sailors are wearing a tan hat with a white rim, a burgundy jacket with a white shirt underneath with a blue color and tie. The sailors also have a red sash around their waist and are wearing white pants with blue shading. There are three red bottles with a white label and black writing next to the sailor to the left of the barrel next to his feet on the right. There is a brown basket with black shading behind the sailor to the right of the barrel to the left of his feet. The right sailor in his right hand is holding a wine glass outlined in black with a white bottom and white shading on the left top side of the glass and it is partially filled with burgundy wine with white shading on top. Partially covering the quadrilaterals, the red oval, and the bottom black border of the label are six gold medals. The two medals on the left partially overlap each other, with the medal on the left partially overlapping the medal on the right on the side. The furthest left medal depicts the world map shaded in black. The medal to the right of that medal depicts a mountain shaded in black. The two medals below the letters "RA" overlap, with the medal to the right overlapping the medal on the left on the side. Both medals depict various geometric shapes shaded in black. To the right of those medals are two medals with the medal on the left partially overlapping the medal on the right on the side. Both medals depict a coin shaded in black. All of the forgoing is on a white background, which is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
