Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a trapezoidal shaped bottle which has the words "1800 MILENIO 1800 MILENIO" in white appearing in succession vertically down a black safety seal and label emanating from the top of the black bottle cap towards the upper front of the bottle. The safety label has a double border in white around the edges of the label. The lower portion of the safety seal and label features a design of a crest and temple in white. The temple and crest design features an outline of a Mayan temple with stairs on both sides and appears positioned above a crest design, which is divided into three sections consisting of the wording "1800" in the upper section of the crest, a design of a cross on the left bottom section of the crest and the stylized letters "JB" on the right lower section of the crest. The crest is flanked by designs of leaves on either side and is positioned above a banner with the words "TRABAJO PASION HONESTIDAD" in black positioned in the center of the banner. The same crest and temple design appears in gold etched into and superimposed over the front center of the bottle, which is positioned above the additional wording of "1800 MILENIO" in white in stacked stylized font. Behind the safety seal and label and etched wording on the bottle is a geometric design in brown and white consisting of a center pyramid with chevron lines on the front of the pyramid, with a partial pyramid shape to the left of the center pyramid with a solid side and chevron lines on the front, and a small triangle to the right of the center pyramid with diagonal lines, with a checkered floor beneath the pyramid, and a series of angular shapes above and below the pyramid containing irregular lines, chevrons and squares. The broken lines depicting the bottle shape, bottle cap, neck label and safety seal indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark. The amber colored liquid contained in the bottle is not claimed as part of the mark.
