ZUMBA FIESTA ZUMBA PICA WITH CHILI

Mark description

The mark consists of a vertical rectangular design on packaging for the goods. The upper and lower portions of the rectangular design are pink and are separated by a gray horizontal area going across a lower half of the rectangular design which represents a transparent area and is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The bottom of the upper portion of the rectangular area has a white wavy line. The top of the bottom portion of the rectangular area also has a white wavy line. An opening near the top of the upper portion of the rectangular design is shown in gray and is also not claimed as a feature of the mark. A depiction of a five-pointed star-shaped piñata is superimposed partially on the large upper horizontal border and partially on the lower horizontal gray segment. The piñata appears to be made from colorful cut strips of paper. The piñata has a pink central circular portion, surrounded by a blue circular portion, surrounded by a green circular portion, surrounded by a yellow circular portion. Each of the five star points includes a blue portion adjacent the yellow circular portion, a green portion adjacent the blue portion of the star point, and a yellow portion at the tip of the star point adjacent the green portion. Extending from each of the two lower star points are four streamers, each in a different color. The four streamers are in the following colors from top to bottom, blue, yellow, green and pink. The lower two star points and their streamers are outlined in white. Two of the upper star points each have four streamers, each in a different color. The four streamers on the left upper star point are in the following colors from left to right, purple, green, yellow, and blue. The four streamers on the right upper star point are in the following colors from left to right, blue, yellow, green, and purple. The top star point has eight streamers, two of each of the following colors, purple, green, yellow, and blue. Superimposed on the large upper horizontal border and around the piñata is a depiction of a random pattern of colorful confetti comprising yellow, purple and blue dots of various sizes, yellow stars of various sizes, yellow shooting stars, and yellow, purple and blue party streamers. Superimposed on the large upper horizontal border and on the upper portion of the piñata is a composite design of the stylized words "ZUMBA FIESTA", with the word "ZUMBA" in yellow within a black border that is contained within a white border; the word "FIESTA" below the word "ZUMBA" is also within a black border that is contained within a white border, with the letters "F" and "A" in blue, the letter "I" in red, the letter "E" in orange, the letter "S" in green, and the letter "T" in pink. The mark also comprises the composite design of the stylized words "ZUMBA PICA", with the word "ZUMBA" in orange superimposed on the lower middle right side of the piñata and on the large upper horizontal border, and word "PICA" in red below the word "ZUMBA", located above a vortex in green, all with a black outline that is contained within a white outline. The vortex is superimposed on the horizontal gray segment to the right of the lower right star point. The mark also comprises an image of a pair of red chilis with green stems outlined in white below the left upper star point and superimposed partially on the large upper horizontal border and partially on the lower horizontal gray segment. To the right of the red chilis is the composite design of the words "WITH CHILI", with the word "WITH" in green, above the word "CHILI" in red, each with a white outline.
