Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle with rounded corners at the top, sides that taper inward and a wider base. On the face of the bottle and located near the bottom are the embossed designs of fields at the center of which is a rising sun with emanating rays. The color yellow appears on the bottle and on the cap of the bottle. The label shows a stylized map of Poland in the color white, with yellow and green borders. Within the map is the word "POLSKI" shown above the wording "OLEJ RZEPAKOWY", all in green. Yellow rapeseed plant flowers with elements of green foliage appear in the lower part of the map and a stylized yellow sun is partially shown above the map. The stylized map of Poland is surrounded by a field of yellow rapeseed plant flowers with elements of green foliage in the lower part of the label and a blue sky in the upper part of the label. Beside the stylized sun, and above the map of Poland is a white and red flag of Poland stylized in the shape of a heart and the word "FIRMA" shown above the word "POLSKA", both words in red. A green quadrilateral shape appears in the top left portion of the label. The label has a green border.
