Mark description

The mark consists of the wording "PALETAS BAJO CERO" written in stylized font. The term "PALETAS" appears in white letters with a brown shaded border, which appears superimposed over an ice cream bar design. The outer portion of the ice cream bar is colored in shades of pink, the ice cream bar has a bite out of it revealing a yellow interior with yellow drips appearing on the bottom of the bite, the ice cream bar is positioned on top of a tan ice pop stick with a brown border. The entire ice cream bar and stick design is outlined in white and is superimposed on top of a circular background with a banner. The wording "BAJO CERO" appears within the shaded brown and tan banner. To the left of the brown stick appears the term "BAJO" and to the right of the brown stick appears the term "CERO". Both terms appear in white stylized letters with brown and teal borders. The remaining white background indicates transparent area and is not a part of the mark.
