Mark description

The mark consists of a design of the state of Illinois. In the design is a painting of green skies hovering above black silhouettes of a flying bird. Black silhouettes of tree leaves hang from the right side of the design to the left. A green lake flows from the left side of the design and ends at the bottom of the design, surrounded by black silhouettes of bushes on the left of the design, black silhouettes of tree branches on the left of the design, black land at left and bottom of the design, and green vegetation at the center of the design. All these sit against the backdrop of hill silhouettes. The painted Illinois State design sits on the left side of the literal element "OUTDOOR" "ILLINOIS"; the word "OUTDOOR" in Blue stylized uppercase letters placed above the word "ILLINOIS" which is in green stylized uppercase letters. The color white outside the design is background or transparent area and is not a feature of the mark.
