Mark description
The mark consists of the three terms "DRYFIREMAG" in block letters and in horizontal alignment and without spaces between the terms. The terms "DRY" and "MAG" are presented in the color blue. The upper horizontal line and left vertical line of the capital letter "D" do not interconnect leaving a gap/space therebetween. The remaining letters "r" and "y" are lower case. The capital letter "M" of the term "MAG" defines a rectilinear space between the two upper projections of the letter "M". There is an orange circular dot within the defined rectilinear space, and the upper circumferential edge of the orange circular dot is horizontally aligned with the upper edges of the two upper projections of the letter "M". The remaining letters "a" and "g" are lower case. The term "FIRE" is presented in the color black. The capital letter "F" is divided into a lower portion and a spaced apart upper portion. The lower portion of the letter "F" is represented by an image of a generic semiautomatic pistol with the barrel pointing to the right. The upper section of the letter "F" is represented by a horizontally aligned side view of a "DryFireMag" training ammunition magazine that shows an orange indicator base on the left end portion of the training ammunition magazine. The remaining letters "i", "r" and "e" are lower case. The "dot" above the letter "I" of the term "FIRE" is horizontally aligned with the barrel of the image of the generic semiautomatic pistol forming the lower portion of the letter "F" of the term "FIRE". A solid orange horizontal line is spacedly below the three terms and extends slightly beyond both the left edge of the capital letter "D" of the term "DRY" and the right edge of the lower case letter "G" of the term "MAG". All the color white in the mark is merely background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
