Mark description

The mark consists of four characters. In the bottom left, there is a black outlined avocado character made up of tan inner flesh, light green, green and dark green skin, green and light green stem and leaf, dark brown, brown and light brown pit, black and white arms, black outlined white gloves, gold ring around the right arm, and a black outlined white rope held by its left and right hands swung over the top of the character. In the bottom of right, there is an apple character made up of a dark red, red and light red body, brown stem, green and dark green leaf, black and white arms, black outlined white gloves, a dark tan, tan, and light tan racket with black lined netting in its left hand. In the upper right, there is an eggplant character made up of a dark purple, purple and light purple body, green and dark green stem and leafy top, black and white arms, black outlined white gloves, black, grey, light grey and red dumbbell in its right hand. In the upper left, there is an orange character made up of a dark orange, orange and light orange body, dark green and green eye with a brown lower eyelid crease, and black outlined white chef's hat worn on its head. Beneath the aforementioned characters is the green outlined wording "HEALTHY" in stylized yellow font above the wording "FRIENDZ" in stylized font, whereby the letter "F" is red, the letter "R" is orange, the letter "I" is purple, the letter "E" is dark orange, the letter "N" is green, the letter "D" is brown, and the letter "Z" is yellow. The aforementioned elements sit upon a vertically aligned light green outlined green carrier rectangle. Beneath the aforementioned elements appears the wording "NURITION" in stylized green font. The remaining white appearing in the mark represents background or transparent area and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
