Mark description

The mark consists of a circle with a hook inside of it, where the top of the hook creates a letter "V". Above the "V" and within the circle is an eagle head surrounded by fourteen five-pointed stars. Below the letter "V" and within the circle are four thick vertical lines with a thin vertical line dividing each thick vertical line in two. A curved line oriented roughly horizontally across the circle separates the lightly shaded upper circle from the darker shaded lower circle. Below the circle is the wording "VALOR" and under that is the wording "PRODUCTS", where a horizontal line extends to the right of "PRODUCTS" and another horizontal line extends to the left of "PRODUCTS".
