Mark description

The mark consists of the two-dimensional depiction of trade dress of product packaging. The shape of the packaging is in dotted lines and is not claimed as a feature of the mark and only shows the position or placement of the mark on the packaging. The grey coloring on the mark, which is found at the center of the mark and as a repeated triangle design at the top and bottom of the mark, is not claimed as a feature of the mark, as it represents transparency. The mark consists of a red rectangular bar at the top and bottom of the mark. Immediately below the red bar at the top of the mark are alternating red and white lines, with a repeated triangular design in green below the same, followed by a red bar below. The red rectangular bar at the bottom of the mark has alternating red and white lines immediately above, and a green repeating triangle design immediately above, and a red bar above the same. At the top of the bag is a white banner, with two green curved lines within. Between the two curved lines is the wording "GLUTEN FREE" in black font. In the center of the mark is the black wording "TORTILLA CHIPS", on a small white rectangular background with a black border. Immediately to the right of such wording is a design of a man wearing a sombrero on a donkey, all in black and green, to the left of which is a green cactus.
