Mark description

The mark consists of the stylized wording "DISKLINK" in the colors blue and white above a first spherical contour in the form of a portion of a transparent globe in the colors blue and light blue having a plurality of disc like designs in the colors gray and white formed on a surface of the first spherical contour with each of the disc like designs having a series of radially extending elements in the colors gray and white surrounding a first circle in the center in the color light gray within which is a broken line second circle containing a centrally positioned circle in the color light gray having a center point with inverted triangles in the color light gray emanating from the center point in the color light gray, a second spherical contour in the form of a globe in the colors blue and light blue having a portion of a world map thereon with the land represented in the color light blue and the water in the color blue, the disc like designs have a series of interconnecting lines in the color light blue, extending therefrom, a series of ray like elements in the color white are extending radially from the surface of the first spherical contour. The entire mark appears on a dark blue background with light blue stars appearing above the first spherical contour.
