Mark description

The mark consists of a circle made up of fruits, namely, green and light green cabbage, green and light green lettuce, yellow bananas, light green and dark green whole watermelon, red and green slice of watermelon with black seeds, red peppers with green stems, orange oranges with white lines, green and brown kiwi, tan mushrooms, tan yellow onions, green and maroon pomegranate, brown and green avocado with a black center, orange carrot with a green stem, red tomatoes with green stem and white highlighting, and red strawberries with green stems and pink and red interior. Inside the fruit is a ring that fades from light green on the top, to green on the sides, to dark green at the bottom. In the center of the ring are the words "EAT LIVE EAT" written in the same color pattern of greens as the ring that is surrounding it. The remaining white in the mark merely represents transparent and/or background matter and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
