GENETECH V ANIMAL REPRODUCTION

Mark description

The mark consists of an inner black circle within an outer circle with the stylized curved word "GENETECH" in large capital letters appearing in the top half of the area between the two circles and the curved words "ANIMAL REPRODUCTION" in smaller capital letters appearing in the bottom half of the area between the two circles. The inner black circle has a stylized depiction of a sperm cell in the middle of it which appears to be moving to the left. There is a solid line starting at the middle left of the outside of the inner circle which extends outside the left of the outer circle and two angled lines forming a "V" intersect at the middle outside right of the inner circle and extend to the right and intersect and extend outside the outer circle.
