Mark description

The mark consists of an oval with a white background and a border comprised of a narrow blue outer line, a wide white line, a wide blue line, a gray line, a narrow white inner line and a blue gradient partially towards the center of the oval. Inside the top of the oval are the stylized words "EST. 1795" in black on a silver ribbon with a white border that is outlined in black and has black shading above the stylized words "JOSE CUERVO" in black. Across the middle of the oval is the stylized word "TRADICIONAL" in white letters with blue shading on a blue bar with an overall rectangular shape and an ornate thick silver border that is outlined in blue. At the bottom of the oval in front of the wide blue line and narrow white line borders are seven silver and gray coins. The stylized gray words "FOUNDED BY JOSE ANTONIO DE CUERVO" appears in the lower part of the wide white border. All other instances of the color white represents background and/or transparent areas and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
