Mark description

The mark consists of the word mark "WATERSHED" stylized and centered on a banner or table-like fixture having the appearance of being attached to and extending slightly beyond the bottom half of a circular seal made of 3 or more concentric circles, but which covers only approximately half of the topmost area of the bottom half of the seal, where at the bottom of the innermost circle of the seal and below the WATERSHED banner or fixture is a stylized plate with "1846" centered in it and a fish slightly overlays the top border of the innermost circle of the seal just above the WATERSHED banner or fixture with a fin slightly covered by the WATERSHED banner or fixture, and the phrase "Historic Cross Street Market" is centered above the fish between the border of the innermost circle of the seal and the border of the next closest circle of the seal, and the phrase "Classic Maryland Seafood House" is centered below the 1846 plate between the border of the innermost circle of the seal and the border of the next closest circle of the seal, and a single curved line of small shaded circles separate each of the said two phrases within their circular borders, and stylized, disjointed lines are located within the seal immediately above and below the WATERSHED banner or fixture, with 4 of the said lines curling at one end.
