Mark description

The mark consists of a light gray-blue anchor on a medium gray-blue background, all within a thin white circle, with the head and crown of the anchor almost touching the top and bottom of the circle, respectively, and the arms of the anchor rising to sharp-pointed bills peaking at the horizontal midline of the circle, but the palms having only one inward-pointing fluke, and with the shank of the anchor overlaid with the capitalized word "Ocean", in white cursive lettering that extends horizontally from and to approximately the mid-point of the palms, rising slightly from left to right and centered on the shank such that the letter "e" is placed just below the straight stock of the anchor and the capitalized letter "O" overlays the left edge of the stock, which stock extends on both sides approximately half-way as wide as the two arms, and with the capitalized word "State", in similar white cursive and rising similarly from right to left while also centered on the shank, above the all-cap, white, non-cursive words "RECOVERY CENTER" overlaid on the anchor just below the point where the shank connects with the arms, with the first and last "R"s of "RECOVERY CENTER" extending past the arms to nearly touch the left and right edges of the lower edge of the white circle.
