Mark description

The mark consists of twelve concentric circles, each circle having a break in it with the exception of the outer circle and the seventh circle from the outer circle. The circles change in color from shades of blue to shades of grey to shades of red as follows: viewing the circles by referencing a clock face, at the "6" position the outer six circles are blue and the inner six circles are grey; at the "9" position the exterior four circles are blue, and the inner eight circles are grey; at the "12" position all circles are red; and at the "3" position all circles are red. A navy-blue rectangle overlays the circles between the "3" position and the "6" position, with the top left corner of the rectangle placed at the center of the circles. The word "dazzle" written in light blue, lower case stylized letters, is centered in the rectangle. The color white represents background.
