Mark description

The mark consists of a band with the words "CODIO CIGARS" in black and "IMPORTED" in gold on a white rectangle on the left of the band, the rest of the band conisting of a black middle part with the white words "CODIO CIGARS" with a red, white, and blue rectangular design above the words, two gold laurel leaves on either sides of the words "CODIO CIGARS," gold and green stylized fields below the words, "SINCE 1972" in white over a red background with a gold border and two gold circles on either sides of the words, three gold stylized tobacco leaves on top and five gold circles on the left side of the laurel leaves and four gold circles on the right side of the laurel leaves.
