FORGOTTEN TREASURES

Mark description

The mark consists of the stylized word "FORGOTTEN" in the color yellow having an orange streak passing through the word "FORGOTTEN" formed on a rectangular plaque in the color black above an arcuately extending stylized word "TREASURES" in the colors yellow, orange and white, with a light glare over the letter "S" with four rays in the color white extending from the center. The wording "TREASURES" appears in front of a brown, oval shaped background nameplate having a border in the color brown with four gray and black brackets at each rounded corner and six gray and black rivets evenly spaced throughout. The nameplate border having a circular contour over the letter "S". A yellow and brown ship steering wheel appears at the top of the mark, half hidden behind the center of the rectangular plaque with brown, swirling, decorative designs to the left and right. Two brown and black chains extend from either side of the rectangular plaque, passing behind, and hanging slightly below, the oval nameplate. A brown, swirling, decorative design appears below the oval nameplate, between the two lower ends of the chains. Two gray ship anchors extend from behind the bottom right and left of the oval nameplate. Several yellow and orange embers surround the mark. All of the foregoing appears on a white background, which is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
