Mark description
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle design with an architecturally inspired theme of rounded squares and rectangles, and protrusions and indentations, that invoke architectural imagery including overhanging roof, walls, windows, panels, and molding. The bottle cap includes the trademark ROXOR. The bottle neck is indented inward in the lower half, near the body of the bottle, and protrudes outward in the upper half, near the cap. The bottle top is a rounded square, gently rising up toward the bottle neck. The four bottle walls are grossly rounded rectangles, which each include three protrusions: at the top, the middle, and the bottom; and between them, multiple panels of indentation. The glass bottle is transparent to allow users to see the beverage inside. Each bottle wall includes an overhanging edge of the square roof of the bottle; the middle protrusion appears as a wall or flat panel on all four sides, and includes the trademark ROXOR on the front side of the bottle; the lowest protrusion lies near the base of the bottle, but includes an indentation along the very base. These three protrusions on each bottle wall maintain the rounded square or rounded rectangular theme. On each bottle wall, above the middle flat panel lies one row of three side-by-side indented rectangular panels, the middle of which is widest; below the middle flat panel appear two rows of three side-by-side indented rectangular panels, the middle of which is widest. These indented panels also maintain the rounded rectangular theme. The broken lines depicting the bottle cap and bottle spout indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
