Mark description

The mark consists of two arcs on the plane of a circle, one arc forming the bottom of a circle's circumference and the top arc fitting inside the bottom arc with this arc completing the circle's top circumference and having a space between them where neither arc contacts each other; as in both arcs are rendered in the image of a crescent moon; the bottom one on its side with the endpoints facing up; it being the larger; and one faced in the opposite direction, it being the smaller; their positioning causes an empty circle in the center to form; and within the said circle the following, the alphabet "O" in capital letter, centered across the diameter of the circle and left justified within the same; the alphabet "J" being two times the height of the alphabet "O" and "J" is of the same font and centered across the diameter of the circle; center justified; the apostrophe "S" being of the same font and the same relational size as the "O" in its proper height in relationship to the "O"; and the "S" being of the same font and size as the "O" and centered across the diameter and is right justified; at the bottom of the "J" and under the "S", there are four copies of the descender of the letter "J" next to the "J'S" descender having space in between each. These descenders are designed to look like the bristles of a broom, as if the bottom of the letter "J" is a broom.
