Mark description

The mark consists of the word "DELTA" in bold, capital letters, slightly slanted to the right, with the words "INTELLIGENT CRASH CUSHION" in smaller capital letters at a similar rightward slant beneath the word "DELTA", the word "INTELLIGENT" being bolder than the words "CRASH CUSHION", and a dash line preceding the first "I" and succeeding the last "N". There are two interlocking triangles to the left of the word "DELTA" in the form of a rewind symbol, the triangles being horizontally disposed with their apexes being the leftmost portion of each triangle, and three curved, spaced, parallel lines to the right of the word "DELTA", the leftmost one of the curved parallel lines extending from a point to the right of the bottom of the right leg of the letter "A" and curving rightwardly and upwardly to a rightmost point just below and to the right of the top of the letter "A", the second and third curved lines being successively shorter than the first curved line, and a dot disposed to the right of the shortest of the three curved lines forming the base of a wireless internet symbol.
