Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of product packaging. Stylized food designs consisting of plated food, food in a skillet, paratha, and a wrap appear on the background of the packaging and are shaded in the same color as the background on which they appear. The left and right sides of the packaging are green. A light green square appears at the center of the packaging and a dark green rectangle design is centered at the bottom of the light green square, with a white horizontal line design directly above the rectangle. A design comprised of two stylized leaf designs, each representing a person and holding hands, two line designs, and the stylized wording "KAWAN" appears four times on the packaging. The stylized green wording "PARATHA" is also featured vertically on the left and right sides of the light green square design, above a vertical green shaded oblong design with the stylized white word "PLAIN" featured inside each oblong. A pictorial representation of a white and gray bowl filled with a yellow and green condiment is featured on the left side of the white partial square, diagonally above a pictorial representation of a white bowl with a brown rim that is filled with a red and yellow condiment. An image of a white plate with blue geometric designs appears on the right side with five tan and brown pieces of paratha stacked on top. Two stylized red concentric circle designs appear at the top of the light green square, to the right of the leaf designs featured at the top center. The inner and outer circles are outlined in white, and the outermost circle is further outlined in red.
