Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a clear bottle design having a tree with branches protruding from the bottle surface on one side of the bottle, along with a label on the front of the bottle featuring the word "BELVEDERE" in black and images of yellow fruit and foliage. The back of the front label, seen through the other side of the clear bottle, also has yellow foliage on it. On the back of the bottle, there is another label that includes images of yellow foliage only on the rear side of this back label. The cap of the bottle is brown. Partly covering the cap and bottle neck is a yellow-and-white vertically rectangular strip on which the stylized letter B appears in black. On the top of the cap the strip protrudes outward as a circular portion over the cap surface and includes the stylized letter B appearing in black surrounded by two concentric black circles and images of yellow foliage. The broken lines outlining the shapes of the beverage bottle, the beverage bottle cap, and the beverage bottle labels indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
