Mark description

The mark consists of a stylized race track in black with white dividers and a black and white checkered flag waving on the left side of the race track. At the bottom of the race track is a black shaded rectangular background with the wording "URBAN" written in a stylized red font directly above the wording "RACE GEAR" written in a stylized black font with a white outline. Above the wording "URBAN" is a gray shaded background and a stylized gray, white and red colored race car. The race track borders parts of the race car, the checkered flag and the wording "URBAN RACE GEAR." The front tires and front of the race car penetrates the race track on the left side.  A fictitious character is driving the race car with his dreadlocked hairstyle in motion. The wording "URBAN RACE GEAR" is written on the side of the race car, the term "URG" is written on a black oval shaded background on the race car above the driver's head, the wording "URBANRACEGEAR.COM"  is written in black below the oval shaded background, the number "3" is written on the spoiler of the race car and in the front wing of the race car, the wording "URBAN RACE GEAR" is written on the tires and "URBANGEARGROUP.COM" is written in white in the front wing. The color red appears in the term "URBAN," the rear wing, front wing, spoiler above drivers head, tires, in the "U" in the initials "URG", on the side of the car, and the number "3" at the front of the car. The color gray appears on the face of the individual, front of car, side of car, tires, wheels, nose of car, mirrors, side pods and rear wing of the car. The color black appears in the hair of the individual, on the car body, tires, rear spoiler, on the number "3" on the rear spoiler, side pods, nose of car, cockpit. The color white appears in the tires, in the oval encompassing the "URG" initials on side of the car, outline of the wording "RACE GEAR," on the side of the car and outline of the R and G in the initial "URG."
