The mark consists of the image of a water tower, the top portion of which is a triangle with the word THE centered over a rectangular box divided into three sections; the upper section contains the word FACTORY with the letters decreasing in size from the "F" to the "Y" with the top of each letter in a straight line; the middle section is angled upwards from the left to the right and contains the word AT with a line before and after the word; the lower section contains the word FRANKLIN with the letters increasing in size from the "F" to the "N"; the two outside legs of the water tower are angled and are made up of a box with the letter "X" inside stacked on top of a second box with the letter "X" inside and no bottom line on the box, and the middle leg is made up of four thick horizontal lines stacked on top of each other with a blank space in between each horizontal line and equal in width to the horizontal lines.
