Mark description

The mark consists of A large orange circle with a thin white inner circle that encompasses the mark, "Brownies & Bites", in stylized letter. Both circles have three white circles of equal size, overlying them in the lower right quadrant. These three white circles are arranged to resemble a bite mark. The topmost circle is approximately 20 degrees below the horizon line, and covers the largest area of the three circles. The middle circle intersects the topmost circle at approximately 40 degrees below the horizon line on the left side of the top white circle. The lower circle intersects the large orange circle at approximately 60 degrees below the horizon line for the orange circle and covers the white rings. Intersecting the middle white circle. Each word is on a separate line, the ampersand takes up a line and is at the center of the large orange circle. The stylized ''Brownies'' appears over the stylized ampersand, with the word aligned to the center. The stylized ''Bites'' is below the stylized ampersand and is aligned to the center. Below the stylized bites is ''bakery'' in smaller font. ''Bakery'' is not written in the same font as the rest of the mark.
