MILITARY BATTLE OF THE BANDS

Mark description

The mark consists of the words "Military Battle of The Bands" in black superimposed atop a tan eagle in the center of a circle trimmed in brown and yellow color. The eagle is clutching some green leaves in one its tan and orange feet and clutching some tan arrows in its other foot. The eagle has chest plate covering its chest which is the color red, white and blue, the eagle is also holding a yellow banner in it's mouth with "e pluribus unum" written in it and has a crest over it's head which is in a circle fashion with the colors tan, yellow and blue with thirteen white stars in the center. At the feet and tail feathers of the eagle there is five performers in a black colored silhouette style. There is one male and female guitar player, one drummer, one male singer with another man next to the singer that looks as if he's playing an instrument as well.
