Mark description

The mark consists of rectangular alcohol beverage label wherein the top center are concentric circles surrounded by a border of Mayan symbols and shapes, each divided by a short line. In the solid center of the circles are the letters "H" and "T" in stylized font, drawn overlapping. Below the shield are two tribal figures facing one another, with horizontal lines and geometric shapes drawn between them to connect the figures. Below the figures is a large ribbon banner that contains the words "HACIENDA DE TEPA" in stylized font. The large ribbon banner is surrounded by a smaller blank ribbon banner on top, and stylized scroll-work below. Below the large ribbon banner is a stylized image of an agave plant. Below the plant are two horizontal lines, each terminating in a rounded end near the center of the mark. Below the lines are two stylized tribal masks facing each other. The masks are topped with a blank ribbon banner. At the bottom is a fourth ribbon banner that contains the words "HECHO EN MEXICO" in stylized font. The entire background of the mark is shaded with faint horizontal lines.
